GENOSOPHY was established in 2023 by Assistant Professor Kalliopi Gkouskou and Professor Aristides Eliopoulos, as the first spin-off company of the prestigious National and Kapodistrian University of Athens (NKUA).

Our vision is to address the unmet need for a predictive, preventive, personalized and participatory wellness service. We have developed the most comprehensive genetic test for diet-related diseases worldwide coupled to an innovative machine learning algorithm that enables individuals to harmonize their nutritional and lifestyle behaviors with their genetic make-up.

The Genosophy® platform received the 2023 NKUA Innovation Award, the gold medal in «Pharmaceutical and Medical Packaging Innovation Awards 2016» και the 2nd award in the International «Health, Cosmetics, Fragrance, & Fashion for The Dieline Awards 2016» among more than 1300 participations from around the world.

The company continues to pursue discovery and innovation by incorporating several layers of health and biological data to identify patterns that correlate with wellness, or transitions between wellness and disease. We focus on actionable data that provide answers to “what to eat to stay healthy”, the essence of Precision Nutrition.
